In Russia they are well known for stealing children who they drug into a coma and use to beg in the streets. EX-FACEBOOK-FRIEND: have you lived in a city with plenty of Roma in it? Have you ever been the victim of their crimes? Jews in Russia work very hard and try to do their best in any field of endeavour – they are usually very successful, with the best marks in school, red diploma in Uni and good jobs. Nobody is promoting them, and they need to work a lot harder than the average Russian to succeed in a mostly anti-Semitic environment. Don’t tell me about Jews and Roma in Russia – I lived it. Jews don’t LIVE at rail stations. They don’t shit on public lawns. They don’t steal and kill children. ROMA DO. And if you listen to their speech and songs – they BOAST about their life of crime! they are proud of it, they call it ROMA LIFE. So, if you know NOTHING about the subject – better shut it, I say.
ANOTHER FRIEND: You are a despicable person. And clearly a poorly educated and ignorant one. Everything you say about Roma has been said – for millenia – about Jews. Literally, everything. It is one of the major ways that anti-semitism was fostered and encouraged. And yes, I have spent substantial time in Eastern europe. I have also met some criminal Jews – Jews who have committed both blue and white collar crimes. That is because race has nothing to do with how ‘good’ or ‘bad’ a person is. Education, resources, equality – these things go the furthest to enabling people to have a comfortable, safe and happy life.
I have Roma ancestry. And I’m Jewish. And it is disgusting, ignorant people like you who, in a different time and place, were responsible for pogroms, for fascism and it’s terrible, terrible results. As I said above, exchanging conversation with you makes my skin crawl. It’s like a window into the worst excesses of 20’s and 30’s Germany.
And I should probably tell you that I have published this whole conversation on my facebook wall so that my many Rom and Jewish friends can see the sort of things that are being said. And if I can find a way to, I will report you to fb for inciting hate speech. Not that it will do much good. But I’m going to do it anyway.

ME: Haven’t had a chance to respond till now but if anything I’m prob even more hostile to you than ANOTHER FRIEND. Your attitude is utterly vile and I think not worth engaging – having a “civil” discussion about this is in itself grossly biased. Not worth more than saying “fuck off” and blocking…
